Association

The Acacia Park Landowners Association helps coordinate the maintenance of the roads and gate. Without the association, it would be difficult to coordinate this maintenance.

As an Acacia Park property owner, you own a share of these common resources and pay an annual levy to the association to pay for this maintenance and for future road upgrades by paying into a fund.

There are no other common facilities or extras, therefore costs are kept down.

Currently, landowners are paying $600 per year in association fees. This amount can change over time by a vote of the landowners.

At present, of the $600 collected, about $200 is for basic maintenance and $400 is set aside for future road upgrades.

There is an annual meeting of the association where landowners vote on setting the amount of association fees for the coming year.
